Measure straight across the back, from shoulder point to shoulder point.

Lay the garment flat and measure straight across the chest at the armpits. Multiply by two for the garment's estimated circumference.
D

1/2 Hem Width (Flat)
Lay the garment flat and measure straight across the bottom of the hem. Multiply by two for the garment's estimated circumference.

Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
