1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases and use of the Dimano website. By using the Webshop you agree to these general terms and conditions. Dimano reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions.

2. Product information
Dimano strives to provide accurate and complete information about the products in the Webshop, including descriptions, prices and availability. We do our best to ensure that the colors and images shown are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the colors. Dimano is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the product information.

3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order via the Webshop you enter into a binding agreement with Dimano. All prices in the Webshop are stated in the currency displayed during the ordering process and do not include shipping costs, taxes and import duties. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the available payment methods in the Webshop. Dimano reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, technical problems or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Dimano strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is stated during the ordering process and may vary depending on your location and product availability. Shipping will take place to the delivery address you specified. Dimano is not responsible for delays or damage during transport. Please see our shipping and delivery policies for more information.

5. Returns and Refunds
Dimano offers a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. You must contact our customer service at info@dimano-clothing.com to arrange a return. Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed instructions and terms regarding returns and refunds.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to the Webshop, including logos, designs, images and texts, belong to Dimano. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce or use these materials in any other way without the prior written permission of Dimano.

7. Limitation of Liability
Dimano is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or
special damages arising from the use of the Webshop, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation or opportunity. Dimano strives to keep the Webshop safe and error-free, but cannot guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted access or absence of technical malfunctions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
Dimano respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using the Webshop, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. In the event of a dispute between you and Dimano regarding these terms and conditions, we will attempt to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Dimano is located.

By using the Webshop you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these general terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, you should not use the Webshop.
